The idea
Zomato plans your meals, so you don’t have to.
The brief
Zomato launched four meal subscriptions: coffee, healthy, homely and breakfast. This film introduces the healthy one, with up to 35% off meal plans for anyone who starts planning now.
The insight · from the brand
A clear requirement from the brand manager: the hard part of eating well is deciding what to eat, every single day. A meal plan decides it once. You choose the days, the times, how much and what you want to eat, and healthy food arrives on time, wherever you are.
My idea · a painter, and a juxtaposition
With the insight set, my part was the idea: tell it through a painter, and cut her painting against the food so the two worlds rhyme.
She's a painter. Like anyone truly in love with their work, she loses track of time, of the room around her, of everything but the canvas. This film is for people like her: artists, and anyone in a demanding, all-consuming job.
Their meals are planned, so healthy food is simply there when they need it: on time, wherever they are, ready to eat on the go.
The three pillars
So absorbed in her work that she forgets time and place.
Biophilic brutalism: a home worth painting for.
Four healthy dishes that just arrive, shot close enough to hear.
The sound · playful trumpets
Painting is a fun, creative act, so the film should feel just as light. The final cut runs on music alone, led by playful trumpets, while the pictures stay close and tactile like food ASMR.
The visual idea · juxtaposition
Paint, then plate
The film plays with juxtaposition. The arc of a brushstroke becomes the arc of food being finished, bringing her two worlds together into one.

How it was made
Built entirely with AI, in the order it was made: her house, the painter, her work, the menu, the food films, her meal, and finally the cut. If you'd rather keep browsing, skip to the next project →

Her world
A house worth painting for
The world started from a real café and became her home.
Reference frames · Piccolo Vicolo, a café in Thailand

Designed · the painter's house
Her world
Dress her in her work
Before she says or does anything, the clothes tell you she's a painter.
Character sheet · four angles

Her world
Lost in the work
The painting was its own film, written as a cinematography and axis montage: every camera position chosen to reveal scale, craft or emotion. As each line lights up, the shot it created plays beside it.
The food
Three prompts, three food films
The food was generated as three separate films, each from its own prompt. As each shot lights up, so do the filmmaking decisions written into it: lens, camera, movement, focus, light, continuity. The video beside it plays exactly the shot they created.
The food
Her meal
The meal was its own film too: the moment the work stops and the food is simply there. Written as an emotional progression, it plays shot by shot beside its prompt.
The edit
The cut: paint, plate, meal
Three separate films, her painting, the food and her meal, come together in one 13.6-second edit. The edit alternates her painting with the food being finished, then lands on her eating, twice, before the offer. Each shot below is drawn at its true length and coloured by the film it came from. Select one to watch the film from that moment.
The campaign
One film, four adapts
It ran as a paid campaign across Meta and Google. One film is cut four ways because every placement frames it differently: YouTube plays it wide, the Instagram and Facebook feeds favour square and 4:5, and Reels, Stories and Shorts fill the whole phone. Every shot is composed to hold up in all four. Press play on any of them.
